DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept any return. All sales are final. Please make sure prior to purchasing that you read the product description thoroughly, review images & double-check measurements & condition. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing. There are unfortunately no exceptions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have. The things you buy from HOTMESS are one-of-a-kind. They’ve had a life of their own, even if much of it was spent hanging around in a closet or two. They might show slight wear and tear, but major flaws will always be noted in the item description. Our goal is to provide you with clear photographs, accurate descriptions and measurements. Please note that colors in the photographs may vary from one screen to another.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship world-wide. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery times are estimate. HOTMESS will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.
Duties and import fees are additional and paid on delivery by the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH DELAYED/RETURNED PACKAGES?

HOTMESS ships all packages with signature required unless specifically noted. If you request us to ship without a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

As you know, with most vintage pieces, you cannot rely on tagged size. That is why HOTMESS includes measurements and an estimated European size in each item description. In addition, we will always include the tagged size, example: M (tagged 44).
So please, confirm the measurements of the item prior to purchasing since sizing runs unique to each brand, style and year.
Measurements are taken in centimeters while the garment is lying flat.
